A Policy-based Observer Pattern

I sometimes get entertained by exhaustive studies into minutia. (I've got this book on Peg Solitaire you wouldn't believe.) So here's my contribution to the field. You don't actually have to read it. Just be entertained by the freaky attention to detail. Maybe read the very last paragraph of the page called, "Folly." The one that starts with, "A bug! Thank God!"

Here it is: A Policy-based Observer Pattern

Be amazed at my geekiness.
